Directions

• Create a Calendar Event at calendar.google.com
  
  
  
  

• Name the Event, and set it to repeat annually
  
  
  
  

• Click on "Add Google Meet Video Conferencing"
  
  
  
  

• Copy the URL the "Join with Google Meet button"
  
  
  
  

• Go to portals.veracross.com/riverdale/ and navigate to your Course.

• Click on the settings icon in the lower-left hand corner
  
  
  
  

• Paste the URL in the field that says "Virtual Meeting URL" and tick the box that says "Display Virtual Meeting on Daily Schedule"
  
  
  
  

• Click "Save"
