Directions
- Create a Calendar Event at calendar.google.com
- Name the Event, and set it to repeat annually
- Click on "Add Google Meet Video Conferencing"
- Copy the URL the "Join with Google Meet button"
- Go to portals.veracross.com/riverdale/ and navigate to your Course.
- Click on the settings icon in the lower-left hand corner
- Paste the URL in the field that says "Virtual Meeting URL" and tick the box that says "Display Virtual Meeting on Daily Schedule"
- Click "Save"
