Mail merges allow you to personalize emails to groups of users. Mail merges are ideal if you want to send similar emails with customized content to different people. Gmail Mail Merge
Gmail introduced a new mail merge feature built right into Gmail. For simple mail merges at Riverdale, this might be the perfect solution for you. For more information on how to use this, refer to Google's support article here.
Veracross/Axiom Composer
Veracross/Axiom Composer is used by a few administrators on campus for communicating with students, family, and other Riverdale community members. Veracross Composer works natively within our student information system (SIS) and can also work with more complex queries. If you are interested in using this, submit a tech support request so that you can receive proper training on how this is used at Riverdale within Veracross. Form Mule
Form Mule Add-on in Google Sheets
If you prefer working with spreadsheets, you might want to consider Form Mule. Form Mule is often used in conjunction with Google Forms responses or other data driven spreadsheets. For more information on how to use this, refer to Form Mule tutorial article to get started.
Autocrat
Autocrat Add-on in Google Sheets
If you prefer working with spreadsheets, AND want to generate custom PDF attachments, Autocrat might be a good tool to learn. Autocrat is often used in combination Google Form submission triggers, and will automatically send emails with PDF attachments to individuals.
