Mac

Uninstall Self Service

Please follow these instructions to Uninstall Self Service from your RCS Mac laptop.

Wipe and reinstall fresh macOS

If you are interested in an "out of box" experience, after backing up your data, please follow these detailed instructions from Apple on How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery.

Note: All of the data on your Mac will be erased!

  • Pictures
  • Music

  1. Plug in the charger so the laptop is running off wall power
  2. Click the Start button
  3. Type Settings and hit Enter
  4. Select Update & Security

  6. On the right side under Reset this PC, click on Get started

  8. Click on Change settings
