Back Up All of Your Files
It is essential to back up all of your files because you cannot retrieve them after the factory reset.
- Google Drive
- My Documents folder
- Pictures
- Music
Perform Factory Reset (Windows 10)
- Click the Start button
- Type Settings and hit Enter
- Select Update & Security
- In the left hand menu, click on Recovery
- Under Reset this PC, click on Get started
