How to Send Faxes Using RingCentral

RingCentral offers a convenient way to send faxes directly from your computer or mobile device.

Prerequisites:

  • Get approval and have faxing enabled for your RingCentral account
  • Log in to Your RingCentral Account on your laptop or mobile device

Access the Fax Feature

  • Tap the + button and select New Fax > Enter Recipient Information > Phone Number:
  • Input the recipient's fax number in the TO field or use the Contact List if the recipient is already in your contacts
  • Attach Your Document > Upload > click Attach. You can also drag and drop the file directly into the designated area.
