What is Adobe Express?

Adobe Express is a tool that allows users to quickly create short slides or videos with visual elements, audio, and more. Adobe Express is free to use, and students and faculty can access it using their Riverdale Google account (Sign-In with Google). Some elements you can add to your Adobe Express projects include the following:

  • Images
  • Video
  • Audio
  • Text
  • Designs
  • Voice Recordings

Completed projects can be shared in a variety of different ways, including exporting it directly or sharing via an email link.

Get started with Adobe Express

Sign into Adobe Express

  1. Go to https://www.adobe.com/express/
  2. Click Go to Adobe Express on the top right of the screen
  3. If this is your first time using Adobe Express:
    • Click Create an account
    • Click the Google icon (G)
    • Sign in with your Riverdale Google Account
  4. If you are logging into your account:
    • Click on Continue with Google
    • Sign in with your Riverdale Google Account

Create Adobe Express Project

  1. Click on the (+) button to create a new project
  2. In the left hand menu, click Video
  3. Select the Video template you want to use from the list
  4. Click the Title at the top of the screen to rename your project
  5. Below the editing window, click Start from scratch
  6. You will now see the timeline!
  7. Add content from the left hand menu under Media, Text, Elements, Charts and grids, Generative AI
  8. Arrange your content in the timeline view

Share Adobe Express Project

  1. Click Share at the top right of the editing window
  2. You can add collaborators or viewers to your project
  3. Click Turn in
  4. You can now Download your project locally or Copy link to the finished product
