An automated email will be sent out at 9:20am and 11am every school day to all teachers of a class that have not had attendance taken yet. After 11am  the Hill attendance officer sends a semi-automated email to families of students whose whereabouts are unknown, it's critical that we have attendance data accurately entered before this goes out.
