Create a Recurring Meeting

Using Google Meet

  1. Go to meet.google.com
  2. Log in with your Riverdale Google Account
  3. Click on New Meeting
  4. Click on Create a meeting for later
  5. Copy the Meeting link. An example link looks like the following:
    • meet.google.com/xxx-xxxx-xxx

Using Zoom

  1. Go to riverdale.zoom.us
  2. Log in with your Riverdale Google Account
  3. Click on Schedule a Meeting
  4. Give your meeting a name in the Topic field
  5. Check the box next to Recurring meeting
  6. Click on the dropdown menu next to Recurrence
  7. Click No Fixed Time
  8. Click Save
  9. Copy the Invite Link

Add Meeting Link to Veracross Class

Using the invite link you created and copied from above, follow these instructions for adding them to your Veracross classes.

  • Click on the settings icon in the lower-left hand corner

  • Paste the URL in the field that says "Virtual Meeting URL" and tick the box that says "Display Virtual Meeting on Daily Schedule"

  • Click "Save"
