  • Pictures
  • Music

Perform Factory Reset (Windows 10)

  1. Click the Start button
  2. Type Settings and hit Enter
  3. Select Update & Security
  4. In the left hand menu, click on Recovery
  5. Under Reset this PC, click on Get started
  6. Choose Keep my files
  7. Click on Change settings
  8. Toggle the radio button to Off for the Preinstalled apps
  9. Hit Next and confirm to proceed
