Yet Another Mail Merge Instructions
Veracross
- Log into Veracross
- Click on Workspaces, Attendance Tab
- Run the query, “Today’s Not In Class”
- Download the query, and upload into your Google Drive
Install Yet Another Mail Merge
- Open Google Sheets
- Click on Add-Ons
- Click on Get add-ons, and search for Yet Another Mail Merge
- Compose a draft email
- Open the report in Google
- Click on Add-Ons, Click on Yet Another Mail Merge, Start Mail Merge
- Click on Continue
- Enter sender name, and Email template (use the draft email)
- Click on send emails
