Yet Another Mail Merge Instructions


  1. Log into Veracross
  2. Click on Workspaces, Attendance Tab
  3. Run the query, “Today’s Not In Class”
  4. Download the query, and upload into your Google Drive

Install Yet Another Mail Merge

  1. Open Google Sheets
  2. Click on Add-Ons
  3. Click on Get add-ons, and search for Yet Another Mail Merge


  1. Compose a draft email
  2. Open the report in Google
  3. Click on Add-Ons, Click on Yet Another Mail Merge, Start Mail Merge
  4. Click on Continue
  5. Enter sender name, and Email template (use the draft email)
  6. Click on send emails
