Stop the Sophos Endpoint Notification on Mac OS (Catalina)?

If you're getting persistent Mac OS notifications regarding Sophos Endpoint security permissions, here are directions on how to set those permissions and stop the notifications. The easiest way to go about this is to follow the prompts and links in the Notification. It is safe to do so, and it will only take 5 minutes.
To start, click "Details" in the Notification.
Next, simply follow steps 1-3 in the Sophos window that appears on your Mac (screenshot below).
Finally, "Drag the Sophos icon to the application list", as shown in the picture below.
