How do we get more help?
There are several ways that you can get in touch with us if you or your student(s) are having problems accessing their lessons or our digital tools:
- Email us at support-ticket@riverdale.edu
- Leave us a very clear voicemail at 347.913.3123 indicating who you are, your contact details, and the issue at hand
In both cases, your request will go into our support queue and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
