Access RCS Hill and River Visitor Calendars

Summary	When a visitor is scheduled to arrive on the Hill or River campus someone(the person arranging this meeting) needs to put it in the correct calendar.

How to invite the Hillvisitors and/or Rivervisitors

Simply create a calendar event as normal and invite rivervisitors@riverdale.edu or hillvisitors@riverdale.edu. Once saved the event will show up in the RCS River Visitors calender or the RCS Hill Visitors calendar.

To schedule a visitor to the Hill campus

1. Create a Google Calendar event in your calendar for the date/time of the visit.
   • Be descriptive (e.g. Event name = "James Smith visits John Doe").
2. Add hillvisitors@riverdale.edu as a guest.

To schedule a visitor to the River campus

1. Create a Google Calendar event in your calendar for the date/time of the visit.
   • Be descriptive (e.g. Event name = "James Smith visits John Doe").
2. Add rivervisitors@riverdale.edu as a guest.

To Add Calendar to Your Account

Follow the instructions below

1. Click on each calendar link.
2. Clicking on "Add Calendar" lower right-hand corner.
3. A box will appear: Would you like to add calendar: CLICK Yes, add this calendar
4. Go to your phone calendar app, and click on options and go to DISPLAY. Make sure to Check the calendars you want to see.
