  1. Select Campus
    Ruvna Select Campus
  2. Log in using Google
    Ruvna Log in Using Google or Ruvna Sign in Using Google
  3. Enter in 2 step verification code if prompted

Review Ruvna Dashboard

Administrators can START or END an event.

  • Click on the DRILL you would like to START
  • Click on Modify Event
  • Choose the options that apply
  • Click START to begin the Event

  • Add a PA code for the START and END
  • PA Codes

  1. Find class under rosters
  2. Check or mark absent each student

  3. Find students by Grade

  1. Click Teachers/Grades
    Ruvna Teacher
  2. Search for teacher
    Ruvna Teacher Search
  3. Select teacher
  4. Select Absent or Check in on bottom
    Ruvna Employee Check In

Check in someone else's students

  1. Search for teacher
  2. Select teacher
  3. Select desired roster (if more than one)
  4. Check or mark absent each student
