What is Seesaw?

Seesaw is a digital platform that will allow students to submit assignments to their Homebase and Special Area classes. This platform will also allow for teachers to provide purposeful feedback to students.

All students will be logging in to Seesaw. Families will not be logging in at this time.

  • Install the following via the App Store:

    • Seesaw Class
  • Open the Clever app and sign in using your Clever Badge
    • Hold up your Badge to the camera
    • You also can scan the Badge by holding your phone - with the Badge open - up to the camera

  • You may be prompted to either select your Google account or enter in your email credentials.
  • Please select or enter in your child's Riverdale email account.

Class announcements can be read through the student "Inbox".

To see the inbox and read class announcements, after logging into Seesaw using preferred method:

  1. Find your students Homebase class by clicking student name on the top left corner

  2. After selecting a class, click the Inbox tab next to Activities on the far right
  3. This inbox is where Announcements sent to students will appear
