To report your device missing in a Support Ticket, Choose the ticket type, "Tech support (exact) > Loss or physical damage."
To report your device missing in a Support Ticket, Choose the ticket type, "Other Requests" > Laptop/Chromebook > Missing Device.
You may also want to request a loaner in your report.
