How to Send Faxes Using RingCentral

RingCentral offers a convenient way to send faxes directly from your computer or mobile device.

Prerequisites:

• Get approval and have faxing enabled for your RingCentral account
• Log in to Your RingCentral Account on your laptop or mobile device

Access the Fax Feature Web: Look for the "FaxOut" icon or a similar option in your RingCentral dashboard. Mobile: Tap the "+" button and select "New Fax." Enter Recipient Information Phone Number: Input the recipient's fax number in the "To" field. Contact List: If the recipient is already in your contacts, you can select them from the list. Attach Your Document Upload: Click the "Attach" button and select the file you want to fax from your computer or device. Drag and Drop: You can also drag and drop the file directly into the designated area. Customize the Fax (Optional) Cover Page: Choose a cover page template or create a custom one. Notes: Add any additional notes or information you want to include. Send the Fax Click the "Send Now" button to transmit the fax immediately. If you prefer to schedule the fax for a later time, select the "Send Later" option and choose a date and time. Additional Tips:

RingCentral plans allow you to send faxes directly from your email. Simply compose a new email, enter the recipient's fax number in the "To" field, and attach your document. Fax Broadcasting: If you need to send the same fax to multiple recipients, you can use the fax broadcasting feature. Fax History: You can view a history of your sent and received faxes in your RingCentral account.
