Below are a list of notifications and our recommendations to resolve them.
Install Sophos
Your computer does not have Sophos Anti-virus installed. The RCS tech dept recommends installing Sophos via Self-Service.
Enable Find my Mac
Please enable Find My Mac on your laptop.
Disable auto login
Your computer has Automatic Login enabled. Please disable this feature as this poses a security risk to your personal and RCS related information. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201476
Enable FileVault
As an admin your must have FileVault enabled. Please enable this feature as this poses a security risk to your personal and RCS related information.
Reboot your computer
This computer hasnt been restarted in more than two weeks. For optimal performance RCS Tech recommends you reboot your computer at least once per week.
Update macOS
Please Update your device to macOS High Sierra 10.13.
Malware detected
Your computer may be infected with adware or malware. The RCS tech dept recommends bringing your laptop to help desk hours for assistance.
